When do you ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. The daily cut-off time for dispatch is 2 PM. We use USPS Priority and FedEx for domestic shipments within the USA and FedEx for international shipments.
Where do you ship to?
We ship both domestically and internationally from the USA.

Free Candle Shipments:
While we offer some items for free as part of special promotions, shipping fees may still apply based on the item's weight and destination.
Important Notes:
- Shipping rates were pre-established when we took over operations.
- International shipping times may be delayed due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
- Customs duties and/or taxes may apply for international orders, based on the destination country's policies. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Orders shipped to Florida will be subject to Florida Sales Tax.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number if an email address was provided during checkout. You can also log into your account on our website or download the "Shopify Arrive" app to track your shipment.
